Peter Hunter

Program Director 

Peter Hunter is the Program Director of Rehabilitation, Ageing and Community Care at Alfred Health which incorporates both Aged Care and the General Medical Units. 

Peter Hunter is a geriatrician with 30 years of experience. He was the inaugural president of the Australian and New Zealand Society for Geriatric Medicine. He is the Clinical Lead for the Care of Older People Clinical Network.

Director Physician Education

Anne Powell is the current Program Director of Physician Education at Alfred Health, responsible for 110 basic physician trainees as well as coordinating the external facing teaching program to physician trainees across Australia and New Zealand. She is the past Director of Medical Student Programs for Central Clinical School, Monash University.

Consortium Director Physician Education & Director of Clinical Training

Laila Rotstein is the Bayside Peninsula Consortium Director of Physician Education as well as the Director of Clinical Training, Alfred Health. She has previously been awarded several prestigious prizes for her significant contributions to medical education, including an Order of Australia and the RACP Mentor of the Year award.

A/Prof Fiona Bodey

Deputy DPE

Fiona Bodey is the current Deputy Director of Physician Education, with a focus on early training and experience. She is also the Clinical Dean of Medicine for Central Clinical School based at Alfred Health. Fiona is an Endocrinologist and General Physician working in both private and public settings.

Dr Krita Sridhran

Senior Medical Registrar


Krita Sridharan is the Senior Medical Registrar at the Alfred, and a general medicine advanced trainee. She completed her internship and basic training at Alfred Health and is thus well positioned to contribute to the training program to ensure it remains relevant and accessible for doctors in training.

Program Manager

Shelly is the Program Manager of Physician Education at Alfred Health and Bayside Peninsula Consortium.  She has a background in Senior Event Management, Project & Budget Management, Strategy, Marketing & Media.

Dr Wen Tee

Deputy DPE

Dr Wen Tee is the current Deputy Director of Physician Education with a focus on the preparation for the written examination. She is a General Physician with an interest in immunology and peri-operative medicine and works in clinical practice in both the public and private settings. Dr Tee is the Regional Examiner at Caulfield hospital for the RACP clinical examinations.
